I'm about to redo a heavily infected computer by formatting it and reinstalling Windows from ground up. The user bought Bejeweled and put it on here. Is there any way I can get that back without the user having to pay for it?Is there a way to back up a Bejeweled license?

Before you do anything, download the free Belarc Advisor and let it scan the computer. It should pick up all the Product Codes along with other stuff you might need. Then make an image capure or save the file to an external Flash drive for reference.
