i don't think i read the directions properly but i'm addicted to this gameDoes bejeweled have any other ways of scoring points besides just rows of the same color?
Simply match three or more of the same color in either a row or column. There are different matches you can make that create special gems, though.
Hypercubes are created by matching six of the same color. Click on/select the hypercube and an adjacent gem and all gems of that color will be destroyed. You'll get points for that.
If you match four or five gems in a row/column, they also create special gems. Match those gems with their respective color and BOOM. More points!
If you match five in a T shape (three across and two more connected from the middle), you make another special gem. When you match that with its respective color, it will destroy all gems in that column and row.
Cascades also give you some more points. :)
