i haven't scored above 5000Is there a method or secret to getting a high score on bejeweled 2?
You have to games ending before you break the 5K mark? Pardon me for poking fun at you, but you have to be extremely bad to that as everybody that I know who have played Bejeweled 2 has managed to get beyond the 5K point.



On the flipside, I have seen a few extremely bad games that usually ended in the 2nd level... 1 royally bad game ended on the 1st level (which was an extremely shocking occurrence).



There's not much I can give you for advice, but here's a few tips...



* Try to make 4 or 5-clear combos -- 4-combo will give you a Super Gem, which will explode when clear (earning more points) %26amp; 5-combo (in a straight line) will give you the very valuable Hypercube.



Please note that clearing 2 lines of 3 in an L or T-shape will only count as a 4-clear combo.



* Save your Hypercubes as long as possible! -- Hypercubes are essentially lifelines in the game. As long as you have one in classic, you cannot lose the game. When you finally run out of moves, then you'll be forced to use one.



* AVOID USING ON-DEMAND HINTS!!! -- When you have trouble finding a move, wait %26amp; the game will give you a hint for free. Every time you hit the Hint button, you lose points %26amp; progress.



* Try clearing moves near the bottom of the screen -- I usually use this technique to help gauge available moves in Classic as the further up on the play field that you have to go in order to make a move, the worse the play field is %26amp; the closer you are to losing the game. If you're playing near the top of the play field, you're pretty much relying on luck to keep the game going %26amp; Lady Luck will eventually turn her back on you.

the Bejeweled 2 on king.com is a timed game. you get 5 minutes to get the highest score possible. after the 5 minutes, that's it. game over. i have the same problem, can only get about 3 to 5k
