You can download certain software for cheating, but its not 100% guaranteed to work. Google 'Besolved Blitz' or 'Bejeweled Blitz Bot'. You should be able to find what you're looking for. I honestly doubt there is a way to cheat, the game is a simple concept so cheating is practically impossible.
Seriously, why would you even want to cheat at such a simple game? Where is the satisfaction in that?
